Pricing questions
How much does Warmrun cost?
Self-serve is $150 per account per month with no minimum — you warm and schedule posts on the platform using our warming rules or your own. The fully managed plan is $299 per account per month with a three-account minimum, where our team runs the warming, scheduling and strategy for you.
Do I need to buy or manage any phones?
No. Warmrun runs a fleet of real, physical phones on our own racks. You never buy hardware, source SIMs, or babysit devices — that is the entire point. Each account gets its own physical handset, SIM and residential IP on our infrastructure.
What is the difference between self-serve and managed?
On self-serve you drive the platform: you pick the warming rules and schedule the posts. On managed, our team does all of that for you — we build the warming strategy, tune it to your niche and geos, and plan your posting cadence. Managed is priced higher because it includes the operator time and priority infrastructure.
Can I post to many accounts at once?
Yes. You queue content once and Warmrun distributes it across your fleet on human-staggered timing rather than one detectable simultaneous burst — so posting stays convenient without fingerprinting the accounts as coordinated.
Can I bring my own warming rules?
Yes. You can run Warmrun’s proven warming templates or configure your own rule set in the platform — gestures, timing, session length, niche targeting and daily rhythm are all composable.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Self-serve has no minimum — you can start with a single account. Managed requires a minimum of three accounts because it includes dedicated operator time.
