Warm accounts —without becoming a phone-farm operator.

DIY tools like warmr.so are real software on real phones — but the phones are yours to buy, wire up, and babysit. Warmrun runs the fleet for you. Here’s an honest look at where each fits.

Managed service

Warmrun

A fleet of real, physical phones warms your accounts on our infrastructure. You pick the rules and schedule; we own the hardware, SIMs, IPs, and uptime. Or go fully managed and we run all of it.

From $150 / account / mo · no phones to buy

DIY software

Run-it-yourself tools

An app on your Mac drives iPhones you buy and connect. Genuinely real devices — but the sourcing, wiring, SIMs, proxies, failures, and scaling are all on you.

Cheap per seat · you supply the farm

The honest take

If you enjoy owning the rack — you like buying the iPhones, wiring the Mac, sourcing SIMs and proxies, and you have the time to keep it all alive — DIY software is genuinely cheaper per seat, and it works. That’s a real path and we won’t pretend otherwise.

But most people don’t want a phone farm. They want warm accounts. They don’t want to be the one debugging a frozen device at 3am or re-flashing a SIM that stopped working. That’s the line: DIY sells you the tools to build a farm; Warmrun sells you the outcome and keeps the farm out of your life.

And when you’d rather not touch the platform at all, Warmrun’s Managed plan runs the warming, scheduling and strategy for you — something a run-it-yourself app, by definition, can’t.
